Stay hydrated and skip any exfoliating treatments leading up to your facial to prevent irritation. Topical creams such at tretinoin should be stopped 5 days before your facial. Don’t forget to let your esthetician know about any skin concerns you have, so they can tailor the treatment to your needs.

Arriving without makeup is ideal, but don’t worry if you have makeup on—we’ll take care of removing it for you as part of the facial preparation. Just come as you are, and we’ll handle the rest!

We do require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. You can do this easiest through the Square Go App. 72 hours before the start of your appointment time you will receive a text message to confirm or modify. You can also easily cancel by selecting the “cancel appointment” linked in the confirmation text. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

For optimal results, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4 to 6 weeks. This allows your skin to complete its natural regeneration cycle and ensures that your treatments are effective. However, your esthetician may suggest a customized schedule based on your unique skin needs and goals.
